Terms & Conditions
Effective July 2, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ghladmin (the "Service"), operated by Voxility ("we", "us"). By installing the Service from a marketplace, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ghladmin is an administration layer for CRM sub-accounts. It connects to your CRM locations via OAuth 2.0 and provides dashboards, configuration audits, form building and hosting, in-person kiosk displays, membership tracking, forecasting, and related tooling. ghladmin is an independent product built on the official GoHighLevel API and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoHighLevel.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you give access to. You may only connect CRM locations that you own or are authorised to administer.
4. Your data and responsibilities
You retain all rights to the data you connect to or collect through the Service, including CRM records, form submissions, signatures, and membership records ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service.
Where you use the Service to collect information from your own customers — for example through forms, waivers, signature capture, or kiosk check-in — you are the data controller for that information. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect it, that your forms and terms presented to your customers are accurate and compliant with applicable law, and that any waiver or consent language meets your legal requirements. The Service records consent timestamps and signatures on your behalf but does not provide legal advice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to send spam or collect data unlawfully;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except for locations you administer;
- reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law;
- use the Service in violation of the terms of any connected third-party platform.
6. Third-party services
The Service interoperates with third-party platforms, including the GoHighLevel API and, where you connect them, Meta advertising APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or conduct. Revoking the Service's access from a third-party platform may disable features that depend on it.
7. Fees
Where the Service (or a plan of it) is offered for a fee, pricing will be presented before you commit and billed as described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and performant, but it is provided without guaranteed uptime. We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export Customer Data.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data displayed from third-party platforms is complete or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose (or USD $100 if you have paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any statutory consumer guarantees.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your locations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination we will delete or de-identify Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voxility is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
