Response times

Email is monitored Monday–Friday and typically answered within one business day. Issues that block a live location — a kiosk that won't load, submissions not writing back — are prioritised same-day.

Before writing in about a connection issue, it's worth checking the documentation — reconnecting the location from the Locations page resolves most token problems.
