Getting started with ghladmin
From install to a fully connected agency workspace in a few minutes. No sync jobs, no imports — connect a sub-account and every module works against it live.
Quick start

Install from the marketplace
Find ghladmin in the marketplace and click Install. Choose the sub-account(s) you want to connect — you can add more at any time.

Approve the OAuth connection
ghladmin uses OAuth 2.0 with granular scopes (contacts, opportunities, custom fields, custom values, tags, users, calendars read-only). Approve the connection and you'll land in the dashboard with your location already linked.

Pick your active location
The sidebar's location selector sets which sub-account every module operates on. Switch locations at any time — every view refetches for the selected location.

Explore the modules
Start with Workspace for a deep audit of your fields, values, and tags, then set up Forms, Displays, and Memberships as your operation needs them.

Forms & Landing Forms
Build conversational or classic forms mapped to contact fields, custom fields, and tags. Submissions write back to the contact automatically — including signatures and terms consent.
Displays (in-person kiosks)
Point a tablet at a display URL and it cycles your forms for walk-ins: waivers with signature capture, auto-reset between people, time-of-day scheduling, and a one-tap front-desk override.
Memberships
Sell packages (class packs, series, unlimited), track credit balances per member, check people in at the desk or kiosk, and let balance/expiry changes tag the contact so your automations fire.
Opportunities & Forecast
A pipeline board with inline editing plus Salesforce-style forecasting: categories, rep quotas, period attainment, and embeddable forecast views.
FAQ
Do you store my CRM data?
Core CRM views (contacts, opportunities, fields, tags) call the API live — there is no background copy of your CRM. ghladmin stores only what it must to run its own features: encrypted OAuth tokens, your form/display/membership configurations, and the submissions your forms collect on your behalf.
How do I disconnect a location?
Remove the app from the sub-account in the marketplace, or delete the location connection from the Locations page in ghladmin. Either revokes ghladmin's access.
