GoHighLevel sales forecasting that thinks like Salesforce

GoHighLevel shows you pipeline stages. ghladmin shows you whether you're going to hit your number. Add forecast categories, rep quotas, manager team rollups, and fiscal-year periods on top of your existing GHL pipeline data — with a live forecast your team can see inside GHL itself.

Pipeline, Best Case, Commit — weighted attainment

The core of sales forecasting is honest categorization. ghladmin gives every rep a forecast matrix where open deals are assigned to one of three categories: Pipeline (10% confidence weight — deals you're aware of but haven't qualified), Best Case (50% — qualified and moving, could close this period), or Commit (90% — the rep is putting their name on it). Closed Won deals count at 100%.

Weighted attainment multiplies each deal's value by its category's confidence weight and sums the result. A rep with $200K in Pipeline, $80K in Best Case, and $50K in Commit has a weighted forecast of $20K + $40K + $45K = $105K — a realistic number managers can plan against, not a raw pipeline figure that includes every speculative deal.

Rep quotas, fiscal years, and manager team rollups

Set monthly or quarterly quotas per rep. ghladmin supports any fiscal-year start month — configure your FY start once and every period label across the forecast matrix updates to reflect your actual fiscal calendar. Quota attainment percentages update live as deals move through the pipeline.

Managers see a team rollup view that aggregates weighted attainment across all their reports. Instead of asking each rep for a verbal update, managers get a single matrix showing each rep's Pipeline, Best Case, Commit, and Closed Won totals versus quota — updated in real time against live GHL pipeline data.

Pipeline board with health checks

Alongside the forecast matrix, ghladmin gives you a drag-and-drop Kanban view over your live GHL pipelines. Move deals between stages with one drag, edit values inline, and see automated health check flags on deals that need attention.

Embed inside GHL or export to CSV

Two ways to get your forecast out of the dashboard and in front of your team. The embeddable read-only view works as a custom menu link inside any GHL sub-account — your reps see live forecast data in their own CRM without a separate login. For offline use, QBRs, or board reporting, export the entire forecast matrix to CSV with one click.

Embeddable inside GoHighLevel

Generate a token-secured URL and add it as a custom menu link in GHL. Reps see a live forecast in their GHL sidebar. Token can be revoked and regenerated at any time.

One-click CSV export

Export the full forecast matrix — rep names, categories, deal counts, weighted totals, quota, and attainment % — in one CSV suitable for Excel or Google Sheets.

GoHighLevel pipeline vs ghladmin Forecasting

GoHighLevel's pipeline feature is solid for deal stage tracking and opportunity management. ghladmin does not replace the GHL pipeline — it reads your live GHL pipeline data and adds a forecasting layer on top that GHL doesn't currently offer.

GoHighLevel alone

  • Pipeline stages and deal values
  • Opportunity status and assignee
  • Basic pipeline value totals
  • No forecast categories
  • No rep quotas
  • No weighted attainment

Common questions

Does GoHighLevel have built-in sales forecasting?

GoHighLevel's native pipeline view shows deal stages and values but does not support forecast categories, confidence weights, rep quotas, or manager rollups. ghladmin layers Salesforce-style forecasting on top of your existing GHL pipeline data without requiring any migration.

What are forecast categories and how do confidence weights work?

ghladmin uses four forecast categories — Pipeline (10% confidence), Best Case (50%), Commit (90%), and Closed Won (100%). Each open deal is assigned to a category by the rep. Weighted attainment multiplies the deal value by the category's confidence weight, giving managers a realistic revenue estimate rather than a raw pipeline number.

Can I set up fiscal-year periods that don't start in January?

Yes. ghladmin supports any fiscal-year start month. Once you set your FY start month, all period labels and quota targets align to your fiscal calendar automatically — quarters like Q1 FY26 reflect your actual fiscal quarter, not the calendar year.

How does the embeddable forecast inside GoHighLevel work?

ghladmin generates a read-only embed link for any forecast view. Add that URL as a custom menu link inside any GHL sub-account and your reps see a live forecast within the GHL interface — no separate login, no separate browser tab. The embed is token-secured and can be revoked at any time.
